Camp Sion is a retreat located in the municipality of Saint-Calixte, in the Lanaudière region of Quebec.
This camp offers a peaceful atmosphere conducive to prayer, meditation on the word of God and spiritual renewal.
Visitors will find simple but comfortable accommodations, common spaces for gathering in groups, and outdoor activities such as hiking trails. Camp Sion also offers training programs and seminars on different religious themes, as well as spiritual retreats.
In a natural and calming setting, Camp Sion offers visitors the opportunity to connect with their faith in Jesus and share moments of fellowship with other believers.
It is a unique place to withdraw from the everyday world and refocus on the essential: God!
Who are we?
The idea for Camp Sion was born within a Spanish-speaking Christian immigrant community in Montreal in the 1990s, when they were renting camps to organize their spiritual retreats. This dream came true on March 20, 2024 with the acquisition of 4,000,000 square feet of land in Saint-Calixte. The Evangelical Restoration Church is proud to make this area and its facilities available to all Christian communities, in order to encourage the organization of retreats in the great outdoors, in a spirit of peace.
Our Facilities
MAIN BUILDING
This building mainly has single or double rooms, but also has a dormitory section equipped with bunk beds to promote optimal cohabitation.
OUR SECOND BUILDING
This building is mainly dedicated to events. It has a room that can accommodate more than 100 people, depending on its configuration. In addition, it has a dormitory and a dining room that can accommodate around forty people.
